Terms & Conditions
1. LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE
Boardwalk Kids Club has limited capacity per session. Memberships will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Only current Boardwalk Resident Members - defined as leaseholders with an active rental agreement - are eligible to register for the Kids Club. Resident Members may only enroll their own children. Legal parent or guardian consent is required for all Kids Club Members. Proof of relationship may be requested at the discretion of Boardwalk.
3. AGE RECOMMENDATION
The Kids Club is designed for children between the ages of 5 and 11 years old.
4. MEMBERSHIP FEES
Each child may be enrolled under one of the following payment options:
(i) Monthly Plan: $10 per month, with a minimum commitment of four (4) months. After the initial term, memberships may be cancelled by providing a minimum of thirty (30) days’ written notice to kidsclub@bwalk.com.
(ii) Seasonal Plan: A one-time payment of $40 for a four (4)-month term. This membership automatically ends after the term concludes and does not require cancellation.
5. PROGRAM INCLUSIONS
Each Kids Club Member, whether registered under the Monthly or Seasonal Plan, will receive the following until their membership is cancelled or otherwise ends:
§ One (1) customized welcome package (for new members only).
§ One (1) monthly activity kit containing fun projects, exclusive Boardwalk swag, and seasonal treats.
§ One (1) invitation to an exclusive in-person Kids Club event every 4-month period.
6. GENERAL:
Kids Club fees, program inclusions, and availability are subject to change without notice and may vary by location.
